Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, utilizing a proprietary type 6 nylon formulation produced through Quadrant's Monocast® process. This product includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, along with high pressure and velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications that necessitate larger size components, making it an excellent choice for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it has been shown to last up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, ensuring enhanced durability and reliability.
