Linen phenolic grade LE (linen electrical grade) provides good mechanical and electrical strength, making it suitable for intricate high strength parts. It has a continuous operating temperature of 250°F and complies with NEMA LE standards. The LE phenolic rods are produced as "sheet rod," which is centerless ground from LE sheets, ensuring precise dimensions and consistency. Additionally, a special order "rolled and molded" grade is available, although it typically comes with a lead-time and a higher price.
