The CE Canvas Phenolic Sheet (Grade CE Canvas Electrical Grade) is designed for electrical applications, offering excellent electrical insulation properties. Each sheet measures 1220 mm x 2440 mm x 10 mm and has a weight of approximately 12 kg. The sheets are made of a canvas base impregnated with phenolic resin, ensuring high mechanical strength and durability. They provide high resistance to moisture, thermal insulation, and are suitable for humid environments, making them ideal for a variety of applications including electrical equipment, switchgear, and circuit boards. The product complies with industry standards and certifications for electrical insulation, while its surface is smooth and easy to work with. The sheets exhibit a maximum operating temperature of 130°C, and their dielectric strength is up to 40 kV/mm. The CE Canvas Phenolic Sheet also meets the requirements of UL 94 V-0 and is RoHS compliant.
