Canvas phenolic rods - grade CE (canvas electrical grade rods) exhibit good mechanical and impact strength with a continuous operating temperature of 250°F. CE stands for canvas electrical grade. The kit includes various lengths and diameters of rods, made from high-quality phenolic resin reinforced with cotton fabric, providing excellent electrical insulation. These rods are lightweight yet durable, and they comply with UL 94 V-0 flame retardant standards. With a density of approximately 1.43 g/cm³, they possess a flexural strength of 100 MPa and a tensile strength of 80 MPa. Dimensions available range from 1/4 inches to 4 inches in diameter and lengths up to 48 inches. The phenolic rods are suitable for applications in electrical insulation, structural components, and mechanical parts. They are also RoHS compliant, ensuring that they are free from hazardous substances.
