Linen phenolic grade LE (linen electrical grade) provides good mechanical and electrical strength and is recommended for intricate high strength parts. The material has a continuous operating temperature of 250°F and meets the NEMA LE standard for electrical grade linen phenolic rods. These LE phenolic rods are produced as "sheet rod," which is centerless ground from LE sheets. Additionally, a special order "rolled and molded" grade is also available, typically with a lead-time and a higher price.
