Linen phenolic grade LE (linen electrical grade) provides good mechanical and electrical strength, making it ideal for intricate high-strength parts. The continuous operating temperature is 250°F, and the electrical grade linen phenolic rods meet the NEMA LE standard. These rods are produced as "sheet rod," which is centerless ground from LE sheets. Additionally, a special order "rolled and molded" grade is available, although it comes with a lead time and typically a higher price.
