The kit includes a forged, quenched and tempered shackle designed for heavy-duty applications, featuring an alloy bolt with a working load limit permanently marked on the shackle. The shackle is hot-dip galvanized for enhanced corrosion resistance and is fatigue rated, ensuring durability under repeated stresses. It satisfies the ASME B30.26 requirements for safety and performance. Additionally, the shackle can be furnished proof-tested with certificates, which are available upon request at the time of order.
