The forged alloy steel eye fitting is quenched and tempered and load-rated to accept Crosby A-1337 Lok-A-Loy 10 connecting links, allowing for connection to chain slings that are individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit. It comes with a certification product identification code (PIC) for material traceability, which includes the size and the name Crosby. This fitting is suitable for use with Grade 100 and Grade 80 chain and is fatigue rated at 1-1/2 times the working load limit for up to 20,000 cycles. It features a large throat opening designed for fitting over large objects and is constructed without a latch kit.
