The kit includes components made from alloy steel, which are quenched and tempered, rated at 100% at a 90° angle and individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit. Each component comes with certification and has undergone statistical magnetic particle inspection to ensure quality. The fatigue rating is at 1-1/2 times the working load limit for up to 20,000 cycles, and each item is marked with a product identification code (PIC) for traceability. The top washer is clearly marked with the working load limit and the recommended torque value. Additionally, the design features a 360° swivel and 180° pivot action, which complies with ASME B30.26 standards.
