The kit includes components made of alloy steel, which are quenched and tempered with a rating of 100% at a 90° angle. Each component is individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit and comes with certification, while also being statistically magnetic particle inspected and fatigue rated for 1-1/2 times the working load limit at 20,000 cycles. Each item is marked with a product identification code (PIC) for traceability, and the top washer features markings indicating the working load limit and recommended torque value. The design includes a 360° swivel and 180° pivot action, ensuring compliance with ASME B30.26 requirements.
