The kit includes all components made of alloy steel, which are quenched and tempered, rated at 100% at a 90° angle and individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit, complete with certification. The components undergo statistically magnetic particle inspection and have a fatigue rating of 1-1/2 times the working load limit at 20,000 cycles. Each part is marked with a product identification code (PIC) for traceability. The top washer features markings for both the working load limit and the recommended torque value. The kit also offers a 360° swivel and 180° pivot action that meets ASME B30.26 requirements.
