The kit includes components made of alloy steel, which are quenched and tempered, rated at 100% at a 90° angle, and individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit. All components come with certification and have been statistically magnetic particle inspected, with a fatigue rating of 1-1/2 times the working load limit over 20,000 cycles. Each component is marked with a product identification code (PIC) for traceability, and the top washer is labeled with the working load limit and recommended torque value. The design features a 360° swivel and 180° pivot action, satisfying ASME B30.26 requirements.
