The kit includes forged alloy steel components that are quenched and tempered, type approved to DNV GL ST-E271-2.7-1 offshore containers, which have been 100% proof-tested, as well as subjected to MPI and impact testing conducted by Crosby. A 3.1 test certification is available upon request, and the product complies with ASME B30.26 standards, featuring a forged design with a product identification code (PIC) for material traceability. The components are marked with size, the name "Crosby," and "USA" in raised lettering. Additionally, the weldless design incorporates Quic-Check markings, including deformation and angle indicators, facilitating quick inspection and proper use. The "W" designates enlarged inside dimensions to provide additional room for sling hardware and crane hooks.
