Based off of the popular DG-500, the DG-500HD takes grinding to a whole new level, perfect for shops that use their grinders for production. This industrial disc grinder features a robust 2HP, 1750 RPM motor directly coupled to a 20" grinding disc. It includes a reversing switch allowing the grinding disc to be used both clockwise and counter-clockwise, a foot brake that stops the disc within seconds, reducing material waste, and a 4" dust collection port. A gas cylinder provides easy table lift assistance, while the included miter gauge allows for a tilting table with angles of 45° down and 15° up. The kit comes complete with a disc brake, miter gauge, and gas cylinder table lift support, and features a swing away disc guard.
