Delrin® AF Blend is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for moving parts where low friction and long wear life are critical. This blend consists of Delrin® acetal resin combined with 13% PTFE fibers, providing enhanced performance properties. The standard grade includes LF-13, which is always filled with 13% PTFE powder. Additionally, a full-strength version, Delrin® 100AF, containing 20% PTFE, is available through custom orders. The DE588 variant of Delrin® 100AF is fully certified to meet US naval specifications, ensuring compliance with rigorous industry standards.
