Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE [Standard Grade]) is a unique thermoplastic material designed for moving parts where low friction and long wear life are essential. This material features a combination of PTFE fibers that are uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, with Delrin® AF Blend typically including 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, while DE588 is a fully-certified Delrin® 100AF product compliant with US naval specifications. Additionally, a full-strength version, Delrin 100AF containing 20% PTFE, is available on a custom order basis. The kit and package include the necessary components for effective application in various settings, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments.
