Delrin® AF Blend is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications involving moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are crucial. This product features a combination of PTFE fibers, uniformly dispersed within Delrin® acetal resin, consisting of 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13 and always incorporating 13% PTFE powder. For custom orders, full-strength Delrin 100AF, which contains 20% PTFE, is also available. Additionally, the DE588 variant of Delrin® 100AF is fully certified for compliance with US Naval specifications, ensuring its suitability for military applications. The material is engineered to offer excellent performance in demanding environments, making it an ideal choice for various industrial applications.
