Delrin® AF Blend is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications in moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are essential. This blend consists of PTFE fibers uniformly distributed within Delrin® acetal resin, featuring 13% PTFE content. The material is available in both the standard grade, which is filled with LF-13, and a full-strength option, Delrin 100AF, which contains 20% PTFE and can be ordered on a custom basis. Additionally, DE588 is a variant of Delrin® 100AF that meets US naval specifications. The kit includes a comprehensive range of attributes, key features, and options suitable for various applications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
