Delrin® AF Blend is a distinctive thermoplastic material designed for use in moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are crucial. This material comprises PTFE fibers that are uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, specifically formulated with 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13. Additionally, full-strength Delrin 100AF, which contains 20% PTFE, is available through custom orders. The DE588 variant of Delrin® 100AF is fully certified to meet US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with stringent industry requirements.
