Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE [Standard Grade]) is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications involving moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are critical. This innovative material features a combination of PTFE fibers that are uniformly dispersed within Delrin® acetal resin, consisting of 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, while Delrin® 100AF is available with a higher concentration of 20% PTFE on a custom order basis.
