Delrin® AF Blend is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications involving moving parts where low friction and long wear life are critical. This material is composed of PTFE fibers evenly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, typically consisting of 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, with a variant available in full-strength Delrin 100AF, which contains 20% PTFE, available on a custom order basis. Additionally, DE588 is a fully-certified version of Delrin® 100AF that meets US Naval specifications. The kit includes various attributes and features suitable for demanding applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
