Delrin® AF Blend is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications involving moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are essential. This product comprises PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed within Delrin® acetal resin, featuring a standard formulation that includes 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13 and is consistently a 13% PTFE powder-filled variant. For custom orders, full-strength Delrin 100AF with 20% PTFE is also available. Additionally, DE588 is fully certified for US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards.
