Delrin® AF Blend is a unique thermoplastic material designed for moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are essential. This blend consists of PTFE fibers, specifically 13% PTFE, that are uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin. The composition includes 13% PTFE fibre-filled LF-13, which maintains a consistent 13% PTFE powder-fill. Additionally, a full-strength version, Delrin 100AF with 20% PTFE, is available upon custom order. The DE588 variant is a fully-certified Delrin® 100AF that meets US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.
