Delrin® AF Blend is a unique thermoplastic material designed for moving parts where low friction and long wear life are critical. This material is a combination of PTFE fibers, uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, featuring 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, which consistently contains 13% PTFE powder. Additionally, a full-strength option, Delrin 100AF, is available with 20% PTFE on a custom order basis. The product DE588, a variant of Delrin® 100AF, is fully certified for US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.
