Delrin® AF Blend is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications involving moving parts where low friction and long wear life are critical. This blend incorporates 13% PTFE fibers that are uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, resulting in a product that offers enhanced performance in demanding environments. Delrin® AF Blend typically consists of LF-13, which includes 13% PTFE powder, while full-strength Delrin 100AF, containing 20% PTFE, is available through custom orders. Additionally, DE588 is a variant of Delrin® 100AF that is fully certified for US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with stringent military standards.
