Delrin® AF Blend is a thermoplastic material specifically designed for moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are essential. This material features a combination of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, typically containing 13% PTFE. Delrin AF Blend is available in two variations: the standard grade with 13% PTFE fibre-filled LF-13 and a full-strength option, Delrin 100AF, which includes 20% PTFE available on a custom order basis. Additionally, the DE588 variant of Delrin® 100AF is fully certified for compliance with US Naval specifications.
