Delrin® sheets and rods exhibit characteristics similar to industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel. Delrin plastic is a homopolymer acetal (POM) known for its stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. The Delrin® 150 grade serves as the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal, recognized for having the best impact toughness among all unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are manufactured in standard lengths of 10 feet, with a maximum length of 10 feet.
