Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods are engineered from a homopolymer acetal (POM), possessing characteristics similar to industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel. Notable properties of Delrin plastic include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength, making it suitable for various applications. Delrin® 150 serves as the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal grade, renowned for having the best impact toughness among unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are available in standard lengths of 10 feet, with a maximum length of 10 feet.
