Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods exhibit many characteristics similar to industrial metals including brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel. Delrin plastic is a homopolymer acetal (POM) known for its stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150, the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal, offers the best impact toughness among all unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are manufactured in standard lengths of 10 feet, with a maximum length of 10 feet.
