Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods exhibit characteristics similar to industrial metals like brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel, as Delrin plastic is a homopolymer acetal (POM). Typical attributes of this material include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal grade, known for having the best impact toughness among all unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are manufactured in standard lengths of 10 feet, with a maximum length of 10 feet.
