Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods share many characteristics with industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel, being made from homopolymer acetal (POM). Typical properties of Delrin include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal grade, renowned for its superior impact toughness compared to other unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are manufactured in standard lengths of 10 feet, with a maximum length of 10 feet.
