Delrin® tubes, made from acetal homopolymer, exhibit characteristics similar to industrial metals like brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel, including stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin 150 natural is the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal formulation that provides the best impact toughness among unfilled Delrin® types. These tubes, also referred to as Delrin tubular bar, hollow bar, bushing stock, or tubing, are available in standard lengths of 5 feet, with longer lengths available upon request.
