HDPE Seaboard® marine sheet is a high density polyethylene sheet specifically formulated for marine and other outdoor environments, featuring a special post-production treatment that enhances its resistance to salt water, moisture, and direct sunlight. CPG Seaboard® is produced through a continuous extrusion process rather than press lamination, ensuring it is unconditionally guaranteed not to delaminate during the service life of the end product. The weight per 54" x 96" sheet varies by thickness, with .250" (1/4") weighing 45 lbs, .375" (3/8") at 68 lbs, .500" (1/2") at 90 lbs, .625" (5/8") at 113 lbs, .750" (3/4") at 135 lbs, and 1.00" (1.0") at 180 lbs. Sheets can also be cut down for UPS shipping at the customer's request to help reduce freight costs.
