Delrin® sheets and rods possess similar characteristics to industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel, being made of a homopolymer acetal (POM). Typical properties include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal grade, recognized for its superior impact toughness compared to other unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are available in standard lengths of 10 feet, with a maximum length also set at 10 feet.
