Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE [Standard Grade]) is a unique thermoplastic material designed for use in moving parts where low friction and long wear life are critical. This material features a combination of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, typically including 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, while the fully-certified Delrin® 100AF variant contains 20% PTFE and is available on a custom order basis. Delrin 100AF (DE588) is fully certified for US naval specifications, ensuring compliance with demanding standards. This blend is ideal for applications that require high-performance materials with enhanced durability.
