Delrin® AF Blend is a unique thermoplastic material designed for use in moving parts where low friction and long wear life are essential. This material is formulated from Delrin® acetal resin combined with 13% PTFE fibers, ensuring excellent performance in applications requiring reduced friction. The standard grade, designated as LF-13, consists of 13% PTFE powder-filled Delrin, while custom orders can be placed for the full-strength Delrin 100AF, which contains 20% PTFE. The DE588 variant of Delrin® 100AF is fully certified for US Naval specifications, adhering to stringent quality and performance standards.
