Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods possess similar characteristics to various industrial metals, including brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel, making them a durable option for numerous applications. Delrin plastic is classified as a homopolymer acetal (POM), offering properties such as stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 serves as the standard general-purpose grade, noted for having the highest impact toughness among unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are manufactured in standard lengths of 10 feet, with the maximum permissible length being 10 feet.
