Delrin® AF Blend is a unique thermoplastic material designed for moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are essential. This material is a combination of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, typically containing 13% PTFE. Delrin AF Blend is noted for its superior performance in applications requiring high durability. The product line also includes Delrin 100AF, which features 20% PTFE and is available through custom orders. Additionally, DE588 is a fully-certified version of Delrin® 100AF that meets US Naval specifications. This product is ideal for applications in challenging environments where compliance and technical specifications are critical.
