HDPE Seaboard® marine sheet is a high density polyethylene sheet specifically designed to meet the requirements of marine and outdoor environments. It features a special post-production treatment that enhances its resistance to salt water, moisture, and direct sunlight. The sheet is manufactured through continuous extrusion rather than press lamination, guaranteeing it will not delaminate during its service life. The kit includes sheets with varying weights per size: a 54" x 96" sheet with a thickness of .250" (1/4") weighs 45 lbs, .375" (3/8") weighs 68 lbs, .500" (1/2") weighs 90 lbs, .625" (5/8") weighs 113 lbs, .750" (3/4") weighs 135 lbs, and 1.00" (1.0") weighs 180 lbs. Sheets can also be cut down for UPS shipping at the customer's request to help reduce freight costs.
