Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods possess characteristics similar to industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel. Delrin plastic is a homopolymer acetal (POM) known for its stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is recognized as the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal, offering the best impact toughness among all unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are manufactured in standard 10-foot lengths, with a maximum length also being 10 feet, ensuring consistency in size for various applications.
