Delrin® sheets and rods exhibit several characteristics akin to industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel. This material is a homopolymer acetal (POM) known for its typical properties including stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150, classified as standard general purpose unfilled acetal, provides the best impact toughness among all unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are manufactured in standard lengths of 10 feet, with the maximum length available being 10 feet.
