Delrin® AF Blend, specifically Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE (Standard Grade), is an innovative thermoplastic material designed for applications involving moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are crucial. This material is composed of PTFE fibers that are uniformly dispersed within Delrin® acetal resin, ensuring enhanced performance. The standard formulation features 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, while a full-strength variant, Delrin 100AF with 20% PTFE, is available on a custom order basis. Additionally, the DE588 variant is fully certified to meet US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with stringent military requirements.
