Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods exhibit many characteristics similar to industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel. Composed of homopolymer acetal (POM), Delrin plastic offers typical properties including stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal grade, renowned for having the best impact toughness among unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are manufactured in standard lengths of 10 feet, with a maximum length of 10 feet.
