Delrin® AF Blend is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications involving moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are critical. This engineering material consists of a blend that includes 13% PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, with the LF-13 variant specifically comprising 13% PTFE powder-filled. For custom orders, full-strength Delrin 100AF with 20% PTFE is available. Additionally, the DE588 variant is fully certified for compliance with U.S. Naval specifications. The product is characterized by its excellent wear resistance and low friction properties, making it ideal for demanding applications.
