Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods exhibit characteristics similar to industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel, as Delrin plastic is a homopolymer acetal (POM). Typical properties of Delrin include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal grade, known for having the best impact toughness among all unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are available in standard lengths of 10 feet, with the maximum length also being 10 feet.
