Delrin® AF Blend is a unique thermoplastic material designed for use in moving parts where low friction and long wear life are critical. This material is a combination of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, with Delrin® AF Blend typically consisting of 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, while the full-strength Delrin 100AF contains 20% PTFE and is available on a custom order basis. The DE588 variant of Delrin® 100AF is fully certified for US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards for performance and durability.
