Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product created using Quadrant's Monocast® process with a proprietary Type 6 nylon formulation. This product features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and outstanding wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts, making it ideal for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, Nylatron NSM demonstrates a lifespan that can be up to 10 times longer than standard Type 6 nylon, highlighting its superior durability and effectiveness in challenging environments.
