Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product made using Quadrant's Monocast® process, featuring a proprietary type 6 nylon formulation. This material is enhanced with solid lubricant additives, which provide self-lubricating properties, excellent high pressure/velocity capabilities, and outstanding wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts, making it ideal for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, Nylatron NSM demonstrates a remarkable lifespan, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon.
