Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product produced using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This Type 6 nylon formulation features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capability, and superior wear resistance. Designed specifically for demanding applications requiring larger size components, Nylatron NSM is ideal for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it outperforms standard Type 6 nylon, lasting up to 10 times longer.
