Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product produced using Quadrant's Monocast® process, featuring a proprietary type 6 nylon formulation. This material incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, along with high pressure and velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance characteristics. Nylatron NSM is specifically developed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts, making it ideal for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, Nylatron NSM demonstrates a service life that can be up to 10 times longer than that of standard type 6 nylon, offering exceptional durability and performance.
